This global organization, formed through various mergers and acquisitions, needed to standardize and implement the latest technologies across its regions, starting with Human Capital Management (HCM). Before jumping into technological implementation, we needed to align their HCM strategy with their overall goals to ensure a future-ready employee experience that truly made a difference.
We kicked off by defining the HCM strategy together with their global tech team. We reviewed the existing information and insights, and took the time to understand the client's business vision and current hurdles. We then mapped out the current employee journey and envisioned a better, desired experience. From there, we identified the necessary business capabilities to support this journey and, finally, outlined what the future application architecture should look like to make this vision a reality.
We developed a practical HCM application and technology roadmap that guarantees a future-fit employee experience. This plan gave our client a clear vision aligned with their overall business goals and laid out the capability needs for their HCM strategy. The result was a strategic roadmap and a detailed report with recommendations for future application architecture and employee experience improvements.
